  • How do I return / replace product?

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., 
Damage during shipping 
To return/ replace product you can create a ticket within 5 days of delivery 
Missing product/parts
If you don't receive any ordered product or any part missing , create a ticket within 5 days of delivery.
Manufacturing defect
It will cover till warranty provided by manufacture.Usually most manufacture provide 12 months warranty after purchase. Only during this period you can create a ticket.

Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us.In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund or you have to wait till it will come in stock.
Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Tanna TechBiz LLP , reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.

  • I got damaged product! How to return?

If you received damaged product , You can create ticket with the description of the problem. Our technical team will discuss about that .Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us.In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund or you have to wait till it will come in stock. 

  • I received incorrect product/ some of my parts are missing from order!

If you don't receive any ordered product or any part missing , create a ticket within 5 days of delivery.

 

  • What is product return guidelines?

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

 

  • Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.

  • When my order will shipped?

Generally , If the ordered products are in stock and you have ordered before 4:30 pm(Mon-Sat) , your order will dispatch the same day on you placed order.

In other case , If you purchased any of back-ordered item(s) in your order ,  whole order will be shipped when back-ordered item will be in stock.
