Shipping Cost and Shipping Method: 

Our Shipping charges are flat : 100 INR for every order . For your order greater than 7000 INR it will be 0 INR.

We ship all our products via Shree Maruti Courier /Fedex throughout India and if shipping service is not available in your area ( in very rare case) , than we will ship via best possible channel to complete your order.

It will take 1 to 4  days to reach order at your door step, in usual circumstances. 

(The above Shipping time is for best case. Your parcel may get delayed due to  weather condition or due to any other reason. We do not take any responsibility to deliver the package on time. It completely depends on the service provider)

BackOrder Prodcuts :

If Porducts are back ordered , it will take 2-3 weeks to deliver. 

Warranty / Guarantee:

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., 

Damage during shipping 

To return/ replace product you can create a ticket within 5 days of delivery 

Missing product/parts

If you don't receive any ordered product or any part missing , create a ticket within 5 days of delivery.

Manufacturing defect

It will cover till warranty provided by manufacture.Usually most manufacture provide 12 months warranty after purchase. Only during this period you can create a ticket.

All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 15 Days (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect.If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product.If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.

Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us.In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund or you have to wait till it will come in stock.

Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Changing or Canceling An Order:

Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Return Guidelines:

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
